چکیده

Golden buckwheat ( Fagopyrum dibotrys , also known as F. acutatum ) is a traditional edible herbal medicinal plant with large number of secondary metabolites and considered to be source therapeutic compounds. Different ecological environments have significant impact on their compound content effects. However, little about the interactions between soil physicochemical properties, rhizosphere, endophytic fungal communities, in . In this study, rhizosphere communities five different regions China were identified based high-throughput sequencing methods. The correlations active components (total saponins, total flavonoids, proanthocyanidin, epicatechin), fungi analyzed. results showed that pH, N, OM, P significantly correlated Among them, epicatechin, saponins positively while proanthocyanidin was STN, SAN, OM soil, flavone soil. microbes, Mortierella, Trechispora, Exophiala Ascomycota_unclassified, Auricularia, Plectosphaerella, Mycena Fungi_unclassified, Agaricomycetes_unclassified, Coprinellus Pseudaleuria related key Diaporthe Meripilaceae_unclassified rhizome. This study presents new opportunity deeply understand soil-plant-fungal symbioses well provides scientific basis for using biological fertilization strategies improve quality

Novel Secondary Metabolites from Endophytic Marine-derived Fungi

The marine-derived fungus Stachylidium sp. was isolated from the sponge Callyspongia cf. C. flammea. Chemical investigation of the bioactive fungal extract led to the isolation of the novel phthalimidine derivatives marilines A D (1-4). The absolute configuration of the enantiomeric compounds 1 and 2 was assigned by means of theoretical Circular Dichroism calculations. The skeleton of marilines...

Cultivation Effect of Chitinase-Transgenic Cotton on Functional Bacteria and Fungi in Rhizosphere and Bulk Soil

Background: In consideration for the increasing widespread use of genetically modified (GM) crops, one of the important issues for assessment is the effect of GM crops on soil microbial communities Objectives: In this study, T2 chitinase-transgenic cotton (line #57) and its non-transgenic line were investigated for bacterial and fungal dynamics...

Antioxidant activity of secondary metabolites and mycelium extracts of endophytic fungi isolated from Astragalus monadelphus

13 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Astragalus monadelphus. The radical scavenging activity assay of secondary metabolites and mycelium extracts from these strains were investigated. Results showed that secondary metabolites and mycelium extracts from these strains had significant antioxidant activities. Reducing ability of H401 strain mycelium extracts were stronger than the ethy...

Metabolomics of Endophytic Fungi Producing Associated Plant Secondary Metabolites: Progress, Challenges and Opportunities

Microorganisms are indispensable for every aspect of human life, in fact all life on earth, although they cannot be seen by the naked eye. Since time immemorial, every process in the biosphere has been affected by the apparently unending ability of microbes to renovate the world around them. More recently, many discoveries have been made in isolating a special class of microorganisms, mainly fu...
